HOW IT WORKS

GET READY FOR YOUR FIRST LESSON

Download the Zoom application and read our manual.

We have listed all the information you need in an easy to follow and concise format. It covers everything you need for setting-up the lesson. Make sure to:

  • Run a test before your scheduled lesson, just to check that everything works correctly including the sound. If not, just contact us and we will help you.

  • Point the camera in front of the instrument so that your tutor can clearly see your hands on your instrument. Your tutor should have a full unobstructed view of your instrument and fingers.

IN BETWEEN LESSONS

connect with your Tutor

Your Tutor is still available in between classes. Unlike in person lessons where you only have contact with your tutor during your actual lesson, our tutors are available during the week. We provide homework support, practice tooltips and bespoke video demos. Our job is to what we can do in order to help our students achieve and by providing that extra contact time outside of the weekly class, it enhances the learning process and allows our students to thrive.
