HOW IT WORKS
GET READY FOR YOUR FIRST LESSON
Download the Zoom application and read our manual.
We have listed all the information you need in an easy to follow and concise format. It covers everything you need for setting-up the lesson. Make sure to:
-
Run a test before your scheduled lesson, just to check that everything works correctly including the sound. If not, just contact us and we will help you.
-
Point the camera in front of the instrument so that your tutor can clearly see your hands on your instrument. Your tutor should have a full unobstructed view of your instrument and fingers.
IN BETWEEN LESSONS,
connect with your Tutor 24/7
Your Tutor is still available in between classes. You can communicate with us through Cadenza™. Homework tasks, practice tooltips and reports will be added here to what is known as your own account on Cadenza™.
Cadenza™ is an online platform where you will be able to review your progress, check your homework and upload any video or audio questions for any needed advice from your Teacher.
